Breakfast Bliss amidst Chaos
The spacious room welcomed us like an embrace, and the friendly staff made every moment feel special. We even enjoyed our breakfast in the serene Lobby Lounge.
However, the Grand buffet breakfast was a bit chaotic. We had to wait over an hour in line, which was frustrating on a busy morning.

The Grand Lisboa Palace Macau impressed me with its elegant decorations and spacious layout. I loved the beautiful gardens that created a serene atmosphere. My room, a Deluxe King Room, provided comfortable amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The view from my room was stunning. However, the breakfast buffet had a long queue that was frustrating. The spa experience didn’t meet expectations. The therapists seemed lackluster, and the massages were way too short, contradicting the standards expected from a luxury hotel. I believe the staff's attitude could improve. a few attendants displayed discourteous behavior that marred an otherwise pleasant stay. Meanwhile, communication about shuttle services could certainly be clearer, especially for seniors. The hotel provided an airport shuttle service, which was convenient, but better information would enhance the experience. The room service was prompt, and I appreciated the overall hygiene of the premises.

The breakfast buffet exceeds expectations, offering delicious Indonesian dishes and a wide variety of other options. Though the shuttle service could be improved for better communication, the overall experience in the relaxing garden and spa treatments was superb.
